Hi there! My name is Jen and I am the artist, magical crafter and owner of The Magic Knot Collective. I create handmade fiber art pieces including intricate and detailed wall hangings, plant and hat hangers as well as accessories such as keychains, earrings, wristlets and more. I started this journey when my son was born after realizing that I was suffering from postpartum depression and anxiety. As a stay at home mother, I knew I needed to find a way to get back to my creativity. I started tying knots and realized the repetition and patterns made me feel so much more connected to myself and my body. Learning this amazing craft helped me through one of the most incredible and difficult seasons of my life, and I’m so lucky that I get to continue on this journey of self discovery and expression through art. 

Don't be fooled, this is most definitely not your grandmother's macrame. Here at The Magic Knot Collective, I create every piece with a creative and whimsical flair, adding crystals and disco balls to most of my pieces. I am always open to a collaboration with my customers and welcome custom orders to make your piece perfect for your space and vibe.
